The donuts are made to order and they absolutely amazing!! They come out warm and are so delicious. The ice-cream is phenomenal as well. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. Definitely a must stop at if you are in Crystal River you will not be disappointed.

Wow, the biscoff is phenomenal! Out of a great lineup of flavors, it is still the clear standout. The flight is the way to go so you can try a variety of flavors. You can get any sundae on top of one of their vanilla cake doughnuts, which look amazing but we're saving that for our next visit.

Guyer's Ice Cream and Doughnuts In November of 2022, I was in Crystal River, Florida, and decided to check out a new business on 5th Street: Guyer’s Ice Cream and Doughnuts. I loved it! The owners were working behind the counter and explained that they make all their ice cream in store - and that they have sugar-free and dairy-free options. I wanted full-sugar, full-fat and full-cow-milk-dairy ice cream and asked for a bowl. I could have chosen a sugar cone, cake cone or a store-made waffle cone. But a bowl it was. While I was contemplating the wonderful array of ice cream flavors and toppings, I watched as cake doughnuts were being made to order, right there! As if there wasn't a nice enough selection of ice cream topping choices, you also get to choose the toppings for your doughnuts - and eat them while they’re hot! So, I had a sundaes, but they also have milkshakes, malts, floats, craft sodas, coffee and snow cones. I'll be back! P.S. I actually was so excited the night I first tried Guyer's that I wrote a long review - only to find that they were so new, there was nothing on Google! No map, no reviews, no way to post a review ... nothing. I wish I'd saved that review so you could read about my experience at Guyer's while it was fresh in my mind. Now (June 2025), needing to free up space on my phone, I came across the photos and decided that a review was overdue - and it'll let me delete the photos. So, while this isn't my original happy review, and I haven't been back to Crystal River since about two weeks after I took these photos, I still have good memories of Guyer's and am happy to recommend it. Sorry, none of the actual inside photos of the ice creams and donuts and owners survived. Should I get back to Crystal River, I'll certainly update this review!

After visiting dunkin donuts yesterday to be completely disappointed...we were on a hunt for some real donuts. Went to guyers and the girls there were super helpful and recommended peanut butter sauce on the stores and oreo donuts, and it was a big hit! All the donuts were made to order, warm and full of flavor. They tasted homeade. I belive in supporting local small businesses, and it is so easy to do when they have quality products. This morning we reheated the donuts in the air fryer and it was just as good today as yesterday. This is another gem in our beautiful city.

Cool place! They let you build your own donut from many sauce and topping options. They had a lot of ice cream options too! We had a regular glazed with fruity pebbles and bacon, a peanut butter and bacon, and a chocolate glazed, peanut butter and Reese’s crumble. My stepson is a big fan of donuts and he said this place was 5 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely awesome!! The ice cream flavors are super tasty, the service was very friendly and helpful and although we didn't get any, the donuts looked and sounded great. This will be a regular visit spot every time we're back in CR.

Absolutely fantastic homemade ice cream! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Communication was great, pickup was easy, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The portions were generous, the texture was perfect, and every bite tasted like true, old-fashioned homemade goodness. A wonderful experience from start to finish—highly recommend!
